If there's a gardener in your family, this garden bucket tool caddy might make a handy gift (or if you just want to get it for yourself, we won't rat you out).
It's kind of like a tool belt for a 5-gallon bucket. It has deep, large pockets that can fit hand tools, gardening gloves, and other items you might need while digging in the dirt. There's also a special space for seed storage that keeps seeds dry and protected. And don't forget the cell-phone holder and beverage holder (hey you won't want to miss any calls or get dehydrated while you're working in your garden).
The tool holder is less than $12 from Amazon, though the tools and bucket aren't included (I assume the same goes for cell phones and beverages):

Have you got a He-man (or She-ra) in the house? Someone who always tightens faucet spigots with way too much strength? Or maybe you've just got someone in the house with arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, or other hand issues. Turning on a spigot can be difficult in such cases.
So here's a little problem solving gadget for your outdoor faucets.
The "Easy Gripper" has an ergonomic design and gives you better leverage for turning on stuck spigots. The simple device is supposed to easily attach over your existing spigot.
It looks like a smart tool for anyone with hand problems.

If you're looking for a way to child-proof your kitchen and bathroom cabints (and any place else small hands might delve), then you may want to check into magnetic cabinet locks.
Unlike the ones that allow cabinets to be opened an inch or two before catching, these keep the door completely shut until the magnetic key is applied. Just keep the key out of reach, and you won't have to worry about babies and toddlers getting into dangerous cleaning supplies and the like.
The KidCo Adhesive Mount Magnet Lock can be installed without tools or drilling, so there's no permanent damage done to your cabinets (although screws do come with the lock set, in case you want to make sure the installation is extra sturdy).

Got leaves? Clipped grass? Twigs? Pine needles?
If you've got a patio or deck in your yard, chances are the answer is yes. You can use a rake for cleaning up the lawn, but when it comes to clearing off the patio, deck, walkways, etc. you're probably stuck with a broom (and there's something wrong about stooping over a broom and dustpan when you're outdoors). This combination vacuum and mulcher may make cleaning off your hardtops an easier task.
Unlike leaf blowers (which may be the most useless tool invented--move the mess from one area to another, brilliant plan), this unit sucks up leaves, grass clippings, dirt, twigs and the like. It then shreds everything, turning your yard debris into an organic mixture for making mulch.

Worried about the bacteria, germs, viruses and dust mites infecting the surfaces of your home? If you've read any of those stories about dust mites living in your mattresses and munching on your family's dead skin cells to spread disease, then you've probably got reason to worry. Well here's a cleaning tool that can help:
Verilux's UVC sanitizing wand uses light (specifically "Germ-X Lightwave Technology") rather than any funky chemicals to eliminate germs, bacteria, etc. You just slowly wave the wand over the desired spot, and it does its job.
$130 from Verilux
