Bathroom Fan Senses Humidity and Turns on Automatically
If you're worried about humidity in the bathroom ruining your paint or wallpaper, then perhaps an automatic fan would work for your family.
The Broan-NuTone Motion/Humidity Sensing Fan turns on automatically when motion is detected or when the air hits a certain humidity point (settings are programmable). You don't have to worry about moisture damage if family members don't remember to turn on the fan, and you also don't have to worry about wasting energy if you forget to turn the fan off before leaving the house. Since the sensors turn the fan on and off automatically, it's all handled for you.
Also, the fan is supposed to be quiet enough that you'll barely notice it in operation, so it shouldn't bother you when it turns on when you enter the bathroom.
You can get the automatic fans with or without an integrated lamp.
