Swing-out Under-Cabinet Knife Block
Here's a kitchen gadget I wouldn't mind:
The Wustholf-Trident Under-Cabinet Knife Block looks like a great way to store your kitchen knives without taking up counter space. If you've already got toasters, coffee makers, knife blocks, and other cooking appurtenances taking up space, you may be happy to remove some of that clutter.
Mount this block under a cabinet, and it swings in and out to allow easy access to knives, while letting you tuck them out of the way when they're not needed. An interior magnetic strip assures knives won't go flying out if you swing too vigorously. The block can hold 8 knives with up to 10" blades.
