One-touch Can Opener
I don't usually go in for "as seen on TV" gadgets, but this can opener could be handy if it lives up to the hype. We've got one of those metal openers out in the RV, the kind you have to set just so and twist just so in order to get the teeth to sink in and travel all the way around the lid. It's a pain in the butt, but since saving space is important when you're in a compact environment, we've kept it for our camping trips. The "One Touch Can Opener" looks to be almost as small, and since it's battery-operated, you wouldn't need access to a wall outlet. It also looks a little easier to use for people with hand issues (i.e. repetitive stress injuries, arthritis): "just touch the button and cordless opener automatically 'travels' around can." If it works as well as advertised, it wouldn't be a bad investment for $20.
