ExerSwim Turns Your Backyard Pool into a Treadmill
Unless you built your backyard pool specifically with the thought of lap swimming in mind, it's probably not quite the right length and shape to offer a true workout. Enter ExerSwim. This swim machine hangs over the edge of your pool and generates a current for you to swim against. Adjustable speeds make it usable by both novices and pros (it tops out at 7mph or a sub-minute 100 yard pace). Since it's battery-operated (comes with plug-in charger), it's easy to move around your pool without worrying about power outlets.
