Flat Top Outdoor Grill, Anyone?
You didn't think that snazzy gas grill you purchased for the summer would be enough for your outdoor entertaining needs, did you? Just incase you've ever wanted to use a flat grill (like a big round griddle) outside for cooking pizzas, pancakes, stir fry, etc., Evo is ready to supply you with the necessary machine. The stainless steel Evo Flattop Grill is basically a big, circular griddle with two concetric burners under a 30 inch wide cooking service. The 48,000 Btus can crank the heat up to 630 degrees F. The round grill has no backside so several people can gather around it to share in the cooking duties (or just comment on your ability to burn stuff). The lack of an open flame makes it a little safer to use for younger chefs.
The cost of the 30-inch standalone model is $2,600, so the evo isn't a grill for the budget-minded.
