Speaking of Steam Showers...
In Which Home Improvements Add Value, I mentioned steam showers as being very desirable with homebuyers right now. The Tylette Mono Steamroom from Tylo of Sweden is one example. The steam showers come in one or two person models with lots of upgrades available. The basic model starts at a little over $5,000.

The built-in steam generator has automatic water filling, emptying and flushing functions and comes complete with a built-in fragrance dispenser. Also included is an exclusive thermostatically controlled mixer and shower set with adjustable sprinkler head. Available options also include a choice of hinged or sliding doors, and colors of either white or marble.
