The Metolius Pure Force Training Hang Board is meant to strengthen your upper body from your forearms to your elbows to your biceps. This all-inclusive arm workout features three full hand jugs, full hand rounded slopers, one set of three-finger pockets, three sets of indexed two finger pockets, and three indexed, radiused edges.

The white, red and black splatter design will rock out your gym area whether it’s in the basement or garage. The structure is made from an ultra-fine texture (polyester resin) so there is a lower impact on your body. It’s also ergonomic with tendon-friendly hold shapes. It measures 20” x 10” and weighs 11 pounds 8 ounces.
