When it comes to serious home security, I’d suggest a real safe (bolted to the floor), but this fake book safe could be an easy way to hide something private or valuable that you don’t want the rest of the family to find (every video I’ve seen of It Takes a Thief has the burglars dumping all the books off the shelves, so I’m pretty sure real thieves are wise to book safes).
