		<description>It is really important for you to shop around for your granite.  There are many shops that perform only fabrication/installation, but do not stock slabs.  Lots of fabrication shops obtain their material from slab importers.  In Seattle alone there&#039;s Daltile, Meta Marble, Pental (they also have a Fife location), Oregon Tile &amp; Marble, Michelangelos, among many others.  I would recommend getting in contact with your fabricator to see which importers they recommend.

Also if your project is relatively small, you can call your local fabricator to see if they have a remnant-yard.  You could find the perfect material for your project at a more economic price.  It is always best to call to see what the fabricator does in particular so you can get an accurate price-quote.</description>
