Garden Bench Made from Reclaimed Teak Wood and Stone

22 March 2009

A garden bench can be nice in a landscape, offering a place to sit on a warm day or pleasant evening. While your lawn or garden need not have as much seating as a full-fledged outdoor living area, it’s nice to create a relaxing nook in the corner of the yard where you can cop a squat, so to say.

This garden bench is made from reclaimed teak (a species of wood well known for standing up to the weather). It also features mint fossil stone on the ends, giving it a feel of permanence.

You can find this bench and other outdoor furniture and garden improvement materials (such as stone fence posts, wall and paving stones, and decorative urns) made from architectural salvage at Billingshurst Building and Roof Supplies.
