Dacor Renaissance Oven Speeds up Preheating Times
9 October 2008
Tired of waiting for ages (okay 5 minutes) for your oven to preheat? Who has that kind of time any more, right? Well, if your oven doesn’t go from 0 to 425 degrees in less than a minute, you’re missing out on some dinner-cooking speed.
The Dacor Millenium Renaissance oven preheats super quickly thanks to state-of-the-art heating tech. The interior of the oven has a porcelain bottom that is topped with a superconductive layer of glass, AKA “Rapid Heat Baking Technology.”
That kind of heating speed will cost you though: prices start at $2,295 for a single oven and $3,750 for a double wall-mount oven.
