Decorate Your Door with a Tire Track Push Plate

There are all sorts of ways to decorate your home, but you might not have thought about decorating your door before (aside from the usual temporary, tack-on holiday decorations).

What I’m talking about is installing unique kickplates or pushplates to spruce things up, AKA “door furniture.”

I’m not sure I’d care to have a tire track sprucing up my door, but it’s a pretty memorable example of this door furniture.

The “Tyre Track” is by UK-based Philip Watts Design, and you can order a piece that runs the full length of the door or a small version. It can also be run horizontally as a kickplate.

Great for any swinging doors you might have in the house that are in need of that race track touch!
