Recycled Glass Lemonade Jar with Spigot and Stand

There’s nothing like a pitcher of lemonade to quench the thirst of all the neighborhood kids on a hot day, but if you let those kids pour for themselves, chances are the floor will get quenched too (and the countertops, and the cabinets, and… you get the picture).

This fancy juice jar (officially the “Global Amici Roma Spigot Jar”) comes with a spigot to make spills less likely (or at least keep them small). In addition, there’s a stand to keep the jar steady while little hands are working the spigot. You can put anything from lemonade to ice tea to koolaid in it, and add some ice to keep beverages nicely chilled.

The Roma jar is made from recycled green glass in Italy, and the stand is crafted from sturdy wrought iron. With a capacity of 1.5 gallons, the jar should hold enough to keep the whole family (and the neighborhood kids) hydrated.
