Clean Chute Means No More Trash in the Kitchen

9 June 2008

Are you tired of taking the trash out? If you’ve got a busy kitchen with lots of cooking and eating going on, this is probably a daily occurrence. And if you’ve got a smaller kitchen, you may be tired of the garbage and recycling bins taking up space.

Maybe you need a special trash chute, so you can simply stick your refuse in the wall, and it will be magically transported (ok, it’s not magic; it’s gravity) a garbage can in the garage, utility room, etc.

The Clean Chute from Enviro Trash Concepts is supposed to make garbage disposal, recycling, and even composting easy. A discrete flap at counter level provides access, and your garbage will go zipping down the angled chute to its final resting place. The access panel is supposed to be air-tight, so no smells will float back up, and it’s available in stainless steel or custom finishes, so it will complement your kitchen design.
