I would like to put a prefab addition over my 2 garages. Three are 3 buildings on the property.
The front of the home has 2 seperate garages with a walkway between them. The walkway leads to the home. I would like to put a prefab addition over both garages spanning over the walkway.
The home is a Spanish style and I would like something that complements the style.
I didn’t want to go through the traditional stick built home that takes months.
I want a quick build. Would like the interior to look loft like with high ceilings.
I have cash and don’t need financing to completed the build.
The interior can be partly finished or completely finished–it all depends on the cost.
Do need all the electrical and plumbing installed. We have a HOA which doesn’t have any power over what I build. Only the city of Irvine Ca. has that power.
