Bistro Table from Recycled Glass and Pottery

Lindsay ~ 19 May 2008

If you’re a fan of eco-friendly home and garden items, then the furniture arena is a place where you can go crazy. There are all sorts of offerings out there, and we’ve explored more than a few (note the recycled cork chair, the furniture made from reclaimed barn wood, the fluffy ottoman made from recycled flip flops, and the kitchen island made from reclaimed wine barrels, to name a few). Well, today let’s get some table action.

If you’re looking for a little eating area for your patio or balcony, then you might dig this recycled glass and pottery tile bistro table from California-based Paloma Pottery. The glass is collected from roadsides, trails, recycle bins or any other place that people leave trash.

Each table is hand-crafted by the owner, and if you don’t see exactly what you like in the catalog, you can have a piece custom made.

You can also order recycled glass and ceramic tiles in all sizes, in case you want to get artsy and make your own eco-friendly furniture.

Recycled Glass and Pottery are very familiar in California. I just searched many manufacturers and small companies online and found some good ones. They are shipping and exporting the pottery, glasses to all the areas in US.
People who are interested in Pottery and Glass services, please post your request on Mineeds.com and providers will post their bids on your needs.
