Everybody’s got dirty laundry, but nobody really wants to look at it, right?

I know I don’t like seeing mine. It just reminds me that I have chores that need to be done. If you’d like to hide your laundry, too, perhaps a tilt-out hamper should be on your home improvement list.

The Knape and Vogt hamper shown here is designed to be installed behind a bottom-hinged cabinet door. (Since the hinges aren’t included and bottom-hinged cabinet doors aren’t exactly standard issue in most houses, you’ll have to buy those separately.)

Once the hamper is full, it can be removed so you can easily transport your clothes down to the washer.
