Myson Select Radiators Offer Contemporary Look
Most people think of radiators as kind of old school… they were fine in 100-year old houses, but who wants one now?
Well, seeing the sleek contemporary radiators put out today may change your thinking. For example, the Select Radiator from Myson is modern looking and unobtrusive as it rests against the wall. It’s a pretty efficient way to heat a home too.
This model provides an even, high-output radiant heat that’s supposed to avoid the temperature swings common with traditional baseboard heaters. According to the manufacturer, it can also give you two to four times the heat output of traditional baseboard heat (per running foot).
Using a radiator can be more economical than central heating systems too, since you can just flip the knob to heat the room you’re in, instead of wasting money heating the entire house.
The Select Radiators come in several sizes, and prices range from $100 to $350 per unit.
