Pig Bacon Press Crisps Your Breakfast Quickly
Do you like bacon? Of course you do. Who doesn’t? And if you’re like me, the crispier the better (well, there is a point where it can get a little too crispy, erm, black… but in general, crispy = good).
It can take a while to get your bacon just right if you’re sizzling it up in a regular frying pan or on a griddle though. You know how it crinkles up and certain parts get done faster than others…. You can speed things along by pressing down on it with the spatula, but who wants to stand there manning the pan the whole time the bacon is frying?
What I’m getting at here is the usefulness of a handy-dandy bacon press, such as the one pictured here. Simply drop this cast-iron pig press on top of your bacon and not only will your breakfast be cooked evenly but it’ll be nice and flat too (for those of you who don’t care for the crinkly pieces). At $10, this is surely a steal: perfect bacon for life!
