Not a Fruit Bowl, a Fruit Pyramid

15 April 2007

If you’re looking for some interesting accessories to perk up your kitchen, a nicely decorated fruit bowl might work… or you could try a fruit pyramid.

Granted it’s going to be hard to store bananas in this thing, but if you’re fond of apples, oranges, peaches, and other round produce, you could stack the items up, each in their own individual cubbies. Get a bunch of different colors of fruit and you can make eye-catching patterns. And on the functional level, the pyramid lets air circulate around each piece of fruit and keeps the bottom ones from getting squished.

Available from the Ambiente Collection of Beverly Hills for $28: Fruit Pyramid.
