If it’s snowing or raining every time your family walks in the door, you’re doubtlessly familiar with shoes, gloves, hats, scarves, etc. being strewn around the mudroom or the rest of the house as people hope the items will dry before the next trek outside. Just air-drying your winter gear can take a long time, though, and not all pieces are suitable for the clothes dryer.
