Outdoor Food Tumbler Marinates Meat Before You Barbeque

With spring on the way, you may be thinking about getting out your trusty barbeque to do some outdoor cooking. If you like chicken and steaks, you probably throw a bit of marinade on them before slapping them on the grill, but unless you remember to douse the meat well beforehand, the flavor probably won’t come through in the final dish. This outdoor food tumbler from Eastman lets you get all the flavor you want, even if you don’t do anything to the meat until a few minutes before placing it on the grill.

The tumbler vacuums the air out from around the meat or vegetables (this is supposed to open the food’s fibers), then rotates, thus fully immersing all sides of the steak, chicken breast, or whatever in the marinade. This is supposed to give you flavorful fare while using less marinade overall. Of course, the biggest perk is that it only takes a few minutes instead of a few hours to really add that flavor.
