You plug the device into a wall outlet, and it issues a noiseless beam that irritates animals’ and insects’ nervous systems, which makes them leave the house of their own volition. This is one of those as-seen-on-TV products, but the reviews over at Amazon suggest it actually works. The electronic pest control gadget is on sale there for $18.
