FSBO tools are fantastic, but keep in mind buyers know you saving $ and may want some. I would also like to point out, that all homes are "For Sale By Owner." But the ones that use and Real Estate Agent have professional representation. FSBO's do not. That is very important in making sure you don't get in a liable contract situation.... there are many more reason's to go with an Real Estate Agent, but we are all entitled to our own methods.
