Tree Coat Rack

If you’d like something a little more whimsical to hang your clothes on than the swiveling coat hooks we talked about last month, take a look at this tree-shaped coat rack. It has two screw holes, so you can install it directly into the wall and it can handle plenty of weight. The brushed metal “branches” tilt outward from the wall, so you can hang coats, hats, and other hangables on them. Available from Urban Outfitters, the rack measures 11.5″ long, 15″ wide, and 3″ deep. The company says that all it takes is a wipe with a rag to clean off fingerprints, smudges, and what not. The price is $28.
