		<description>Man thats totally cool.  I wish I could afford something like this cuz I live in an old house down in Queen Anne and there&#039;s only a tiny garage sort of dug into the hill at street level.  I guess we&#039;re lucky to have a garage at all but there are three people with cars living here so its always a pain to find parking on the streets here.  Would rock if we could get two cars in the one little garage.
