A pet stroller for joggers? Who buys such things, you ask. Well… they’re pretty common here in the Seattle area at least. I imagine they’re becoming more popular in other densely populated urban areas too. You just can’t have a huge sled dog in a condo, and little dogs aren’t built for endurance running.
