Outdoor Drapes Define Your Backyard Living Space

Lindsay ~ 18 May 2006

If you thought drapes were just for inside your house, think again. Conrad’s Tahoe collection is designed to decorate and define outdoor living spaces such as loggias, terraces, or poolside cabanas. They provide shade without blocking the breeze. The drapes are woven of resilient solution-dyed acrylic with a soil-resistant finish, which helps them weather the elements, while providing a “gracious setting for outdoor entertaining.” The Tahoe drapes are available in numerous patterns and colorways.

Outdoor drapes? You really have money to waste if you’re buying something like this. Who needs outdoor drapes?

Outdoor drapes provide additional shade when the sun rises/sets, protects from the wind, and can help with noise. Besides their function, they add a “homey” or comfort feeling. It’s not a waste of money to some who wish to buy them, and to add some elegance while enjoying the out of doors. Try it :)

Yes and it is not a waste of money. Try living in Arizona and putting up with the shades that get all warped in the sun. Then the strings break and you find yourself arguing with your wife and yealling at your dogs…Drapes are a perfect answer. Also great for privacy.

When it is 113 degrees and the western sun is baking your deck/ raising your house temp, outdoor drapes provide much-needed shade and allow you to use your outdoor spaces without risking heat stroke and sunburn!

I love them just for the “resort” feel they provide in our backyard.
