Scrape Rite Tool Easily Removes Paint, Adhesives, and Grime
Lindsay ~ 5 April 2006
Here’s a handy little tool that I wouldn’t mind having. The Scrape Rite has a wedge-shaped edge that allows you to break the bond between material and surface for just about anything you’ll find around the house (the company’s site says the tool removes everything from paint and adhesives to tree sap and dead bugs on windshields). It’s pretty hard to hurt yourself, or seriously damage anything, while you’re doing it too. That’s because the tool’s double-sided razor-like blades are made from plastic instead of metal. That means no bloody fingers, and you also don’t have to worry about rust if you leave the scraper outside.
