LEDs, or light emitting diodes, are popping up every where in home decorating these days. Schott’s LightPoints make an interesting way to spice up the glass around your home whether in skylights, windows, or glass pool fences (shown here). The LightPoints are basically glass conductor plates equipped with LEDs. The power is supplied to the LEDs via a series of virtually invisible conducting paths built into the glass. Laminated cover glass protects the LEDs and glass conductor plates.
